Refund Requests: Refunds can be requested within 72 hours of the purchase date for eligible items. To receive a refund, you must return the in-game item(s) associated with the purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may only be issued for the following reasons:
Mistaken Username: If you entered an incorrect username during purchase, you must contact us immediately via a claim/support ticket on our Discord or through our website at https://www.cartmc.xyz/contact/. Provide your transaction ID and additional details to help resolve the issue.
Refund Process: If a refund is approved, your product or feature will be revoked upon the refund being processed.
Refund Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period.
No Refunds for Banned Accounts: Refunds will not be processed for accounts banned for violating server rules.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting CartMC to resolve the issue will result in the buyer being permanently blocked from making purchases on our store. If you need assistance, contact CartMC via our Discord, email, or website (www.cartmc.xyz) before initiating a dispute.
Payments made on the CartMC Store via PayPal or credit card require the consent of a parent or legal guardian if the purchaser is under the age of 18. For alternative payment methods, contact CartMC support via Discord or email.
Players must comply with all applicable international laws when using CartMC services. Any disputes arising from transactions or interactions on CartMC will be governed by these laws and resolved through appropriate legal mechanisms, including PayPal or credit card dispute processes.
