CartMC Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CartMC Minecraft server (referred to as "CartMC"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
All players must adhere to the rules set forth by CartMC. These rules are established to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Any breach of the rules may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans from the server.
Violating the rules of CartMC will result in appropriate punishments based on the severity of the infraction. Punishments may include:
Any submissions made to the CartMC website, forums, or in-game that are deemed to be trolling, spam, or have no constructive purpose will be subject to punishment according to the server's rules. This may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense.
Usernames on the CartMC website must correspond to the player's actual Minecraft account in-game. If a username does not match the associated Minecraft account, the rightful owner of the Minecraft account has the right to request the username. In such cases, the site administrators may transfer the username to the rightful owner or request a change.
Refund Requests: Refunds can be requested within 72 hours from the purchase date. To receive a refund, you must return the in-game item(s) associated with the purchase.

Mistaken Username: If you entered an incorrect username during purchase, you must contact us immediately via a claim/support ticket on our Discord or through our website at https://www.cartmc.xyz/contact/. Provide your transaction ID and additional details to help resolve the issue.
Refund Process: If a refund is approved, your product or feature will be revoked upon the refund being processed.
Refund Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period.
No Refunds for Banned Accounts: Refunds will not be processed for accounts banned for violating server rules.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting CartMC to resolve the issue will result in the buyer being permanently blocked from making purchases on our store. If you need assistance, contact CartMC via our Discord, email, or website (www.cartmc.xyz) before initiating a dispute.
Payments made on the CartMC Store via PayPal or credit card require the consent of a parent or legal guardian if the purchaser is under the age of 18. For alternative payment methods, contact CartMC support via Discord or email.
Players must comply with all applicable international laws when using CartMC services. Any disputes arising from transactions or interactions on CartMC will be governed by these laws and resolved through appropriate legal mechanisms, including PayPal or credit card dispute processes.
CartMC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the server after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
